Anyone that wants more information on this can go to The World Toilet Summit 2005 website or the World Toilet Organization website. I'm pretty sure you can find a list of the "Best Bathrooms in the World" in there somewhere. I know one bathroom that ain't makin' it on that list: my bathroom in Sector Antarctica...it doesn't even have a toilet.
The best part of the World Toilet Organization's website is the "Did You Know?" section:
1. An average person visits the toilet 2500 times a year. About 6-8 times a day. You spend about 3 years of your life in the toilet.
2. Poor toilet condition is a worldwide problem. More than half of the world population have no proper sanitation.
3. Suppression of urination due to dirty toilets can lead to kidney and bladder diseases. In order to avoid visting public toilets, Some people refrain from drinking and suffer dehydration.
4. Most toilets are designed incorrectly.
5. Female takes 3 times longer than male, yet both toilet sizes are often same.
6. Toilet remains as a 'taboo' as people are shy to discuss the subject.
7. There are toilet associations worldwide promoting toilet education and culture.

About anti-social behavior in toilets, I’ve heard that can be experienced in the guy’s toilet at the bus station in sector 17, though that may also be ‘over-social’ behavior…
Jean, what are you talking about?...anyway, i'm really sure that our new bathroom in sector 38 will be the best bathrooom in India (without animals around)...
I’ve heard stories of guys, being very unsubtly ‘observed’ whilst using the public toilet facilities. I’ve personally not used the boy’s toilets so I can’t say.
Jean, i think you may not have used the toilets in 17, but by the sounds of things, i think it's safe to say you've 'observed' the toilets in 17 :P
