I'm sure Marty won't mind me posting about this, but this afternoon he informed me that he had just been fired from his traineeship.

Whilst this may sound quite shocking, congratulations are actually in order!

P.S. I don't know about you, but this is the first time i've congratulated somebody upon hearing they have been fired!
