Some basic information.

Venue: Law Bhawan, sector 37A (nice brand new building)

FORMAL PART

Time: It will start at 5pm with speeches on Project WorldView, peace and country presentation of the interns of Project WorldView (8 countries). The purpose of this part is the launching event of Project WorldView. You can come to see the country presentation and know more about AIESEC Chandigarh's activities.


INFORMAL PART
----------------------
After, we will have the Fun Global Village beginning at 8h30.

Principle: Every body from every countries represented in the trainees community can share its food, prepare stalls, flipcharts, bring flags, powerpoints presentation or costumes AND alcohol from its country.

AIESEC (through EduCARE) pays for everything…YES…all the food and alcohol. You just have to prepare the food and your stall. We can buy the food for you, you just tell us before and give the bill (maximum should be around 20E, just ask.) We are organizing the repartition of kitchen, If you need a OVEN or special stuff to cook, Say it today Please.

We need the name of each participating countries and to know what they gonna do.
